Whenever I read “future” fics where everybody is supposed to be an adult, I always picture Santana in her Smooth Criminal outfit. Always. In every scene. It can explicitly state “Santana is wearing light blue scrubs” and my brain will understand that as “Santana is dressed all in black, with a short-ass dress and a sick fedora.”

I mean, I am an adult. I am friends with adults. My parents have been adults for, like, a while. And none of us ever wear that outfit. So i guess I just don’t know.
